An introduction to how economists think about the world. Highly recommended for students who are considering majoring in economics or for students who want to take a single economics course to become familiar with basic concepts. This course's oncepts will be particularly relevant to students interested in public policy, urban studies, education, political science, or sociology. Students will learn economic terms/concepts (e.g. supply and demand, trade, marginal cost, opportunity cost), with examples related to education policy, sports, labor markets, and urban economics.
